Galvanized Steel Grating

Galvanized Steel Grating, is extremely strong and durable for all load bearing applications and is primarily used for pedestrian and light vehicle traffic. Our galvanized coating process provides for years of corrosion resistance in acidic and high moisture environments.

A grid-like building material product formed by arranging load-bearing flat steel and crossbars in a grid pattern at specific intervals and welding them together using high-pressure resistance welding. After hot-dip galvanizing, the zinc coating thickness can reach 85 μm or more, offering excellent properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance, ventilation, natural light transmission, slip resistance, and explosion protection. The spacing between flat bars can be customized from 25 to 60 mm, while the standard spacing for crossbars is 50 mm and 100 mm. The product is widely used in various industrial and civil construction applications, including petrochemical plants, power plants, water treatment plants, municipal engineering projects, platform walkways, trench covers and manhole covers, and stair treads.
